1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from Dimora Dodici. We reserve the right to refuse bookings if availability is not guaranteed.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is from 11:00 to 20:00. Check-out time is from 07:00 to 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

3. Payment Policy

Payment terms will be communicated during booking confirmation. Some reservations may require advance payment or deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the booking type.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damages caused during the stay may be charged accordingly.

6. House Rules

Smoking and parties are not allowed inside the property. Pets are allowed only upon request.

7. Liability

Dimora Dodici is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or external services outside our control.
